1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EasierA ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users — individual accounts and team accounts alike.

2. Description of service

EasierA is a B2B lead generation and sales CRM platform that enables users to:

• Extract business leads from publicly available sources including Google Maps (GMB)
• Manage, track, and communicate with leads
• Collaborate with team members on shared lead databases
• Export and back up data to external storage (e.g. Google Drive)
• Use message templates for sales outreach via WhatsApp and SMS

3. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful B2B sales and marketing activities
• Comply with applicable laws including data protection and anti-spam regulations
• Not use the App to harass, stalk, or spam individuals
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Obtain any required consents before contacting leads via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp

4. Scraping & data use

The App integrates with third-party data extraction tools (such as Apify) to fetch publicly available business data from platforms like Google Maps. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• Data is extracted from publicly available sources and is provided as-is
• Accuracy, completeness, or freshness of extracted data is not guaranteed
• You are solely responsible for how you use the extracted data
• EasierA is not liable for any violations arising from misuse of extracted data

5. Team & multi-user accounts

Team accounts allow multiple users to share lead databases and track team activity. The account owner is responsible for ensuring all team members comply with these Terms. EasierA is not liable for actions taken by invited team members.

6. Intellectual property

All software, UI designs, branding, and content of EasierA are the intellectual property of EasierA / the parent company. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

7. No refund policy Important

All purchases, subscriptions, and payments made on EasierA are final and non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credits for unused periods. 8. Service availability & modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasierA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or failed sales — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. You may request an export of your data prior to termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Bengal, India.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
